Headcanon’s platforms – InventionArts.AI, NightSchool.AI, and the forthcoming DesignFiction.AI, all build upon a common base that delivers a new and powerful form of media.

We’ve thought a lot about what to call it, and have settled on Stories for now. A familiar term, but it doesn’t really tell the whole, um, story, does it?

We’ve thought about Talkies, which has its charms and utility. It evokes that moment in an older media form, the film, when a new capability transformed the medium and delivered new expressive and economic power to the world. And while not every gifted creator was able to make the transition into talkies, new artists and new stars were born along with the reinvented media form.

We think the same thing will happen here, and Headcanon’s platforms are a first step, our experimental and optimistic foray into the art and science of a new machine.
